Meet your Provider

I'm Jenna Niefeld, APRN — a concierge nurse practitioner and primary care provider, trained in family medicine. My path here ran through years at the bedside: medical-surgical and general medicine nursing at Aventura Hospital, then its Level II trauma emergency department, before I earned my master's at Nova Southeastern University and practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for orthopeadic and spine surgery, where I also served as first assist in the operating room.

Today, through Jenuine Health, I care for patients the way I believe care should work — personally. From individuals who feel tossed around the medical arena, to families that need somone to oversee the whole plan of care- I take pride in helping by building individualized care plans, coordinating closely with each patient's specialists and wider care team, and bringing it all together. For those struggling with substance use, I also specialize in outpatient detox and ongoing treatment for opimization of care. One provider who knows you, and who is reachable when you need her.
